  1. If you think those files are every going to see the light of day, you are kidding your self.

Trump put 1,000 FBI agents on the files 12hrs a day redacting every single part of it, so even if we get some pieces of paper, there is no chance anyone will be implicated.

  2. No, they won’t.

They won’t confirm the new rep and hold a vote until they have the numbers locked in.

For the redditors who are saying that it won’t matter then simply release them and we’ll all move onto something else. I don’t care if it will or won’t be the death nail for Trump, we already know Republicans are pedophile defenders so it won’t change their minds one way or another. So just release them so we can move on.

If the files still exist unedited, I doubt they do much.

There is no bottom. The MAGA Trump cultists will gladly ignore his hideous flaws and help him rewrite history because to them Trump is the means to their twisted ends, whether those ends are making Jesus comeback, lower taxes for billionaires, approved mergers that hurt consumers, state-sanctioned crypto fraud, annexation of the West Bank, or just plain being able to be openly racist in public. His coalition gave him a hall pass and the Supreme Court gave him a “get out of jail free” card.

at this point “the files” don’t really exist. if they did, they are long gone.

Won’t happen because Nancy Mace is going to switch her vote like a good dog.

She’s going to say “the list was a hoax and we’re wasting our time”.

  7. No they won’t. Even if somehow they are released, nothing will happen. The next day will come, we’ll all know 100% who was on the list, and we’ll still be in the same situation with no end in sight

Ive been thinking about this: From a political strategy standpoint, it actually makes perfect sense for Democrats to push hard for the release of the Epstein files. It lets them take the moral high ground, presenting themselves as the party fighting for truth and transparency while putting Trump and Republicans in a corner. If Trump refuses to release the files or blocks them in any way, Democrats can turn that into an easy talking point, saying he’s hiding something or protecting powerful friends. It’s a win for them either way. What makes it even more interesting is that Trump may have done the same thing during his campaign. He talked about releasing the files, knowing it would make him look open and bold, but once he won and the pressure shifted, he backed away and called it all a hoax. In the end, both sides know how powerful the idea of “transparency” is, even if neither really wants all those files out in the open. I think these files will never be released.

We could release actual video evidence of Trump assaulting a room full of minors while worshiping the devil, and ***nothing*** will happen.

They vote on the release. Cool. Then what?

We’ll get comments like “those girls wanted to be with Trump,” “they were old enough to breed,” “who cares?”

  10. They absolutely have removed, not just redacted parts of it to remove all their donors and Trump in particular – these people are corrupt to their core. They don’t want to release it if they don’t have to – only because they’re scared they’ll get *caught* covering it up (it’s not that easy with so many involved) – or their lies won’t hold up strong enough to public and their base might question it. It’s all about keeping their base in line; and this is one thing that can fracture the right.

  11. I also thought there was talk about Trump pardoning Maxwell? I think they’re going to do whatever they can to minimize everything. They’re trying to legalize pedophile already.

I wish people would stop the misinformation about what the discharge vote does. It doesn’t release anything. The discharge vote simply forces a vote on a piece of legislation that would tell the DOJ to release the documents. If that vote passes, it goes to the Senate…. Where it would die by the filibuster. If somehow a miracle occurs and Republicans actually do support it in the Senate, Trump will veto it. The Epstein files are not getting released.

  13. If you think for a moment whatever this admin releases is true, well, I have a promise to fund healthcare for you.

  14. No they wont.

They got rid of all the evidence already; no more list and no more records, except oh hey look its maxwell, who might as well be in a five star hotel. Theyll let her out of prison in exchange for congressional testimony about who was there (ignoring the actual victims of course) and she’ll claim obama and biden and clinton were there, but never trump nor any other republican. Then she will get a pardon and thatll be it.

The greatest pedo ring of modern times and we gave the evidence and prosecution to a co-founder of the ring. No justice no consequences.

  15. As per usual the overall point this sub makes:

“The lesson is to never try”

So, let’s all move on if majority of you are defeatist. Why are you even on here if that’s your mindset? Gotta be tiring as fuck.

The release of the Epstein files from my perspective is a rejection of the idea that ruling class men are able to rape working class children with total impunity.

Republicans are in the files, this is a valid statement. It is worth remembering that so are democrats. So are billionaires. So are foreign heads of state.

When George Carlin was talking about the One Big Club thing, he was talking about stuff like this.

I’m so excited for this… I know that “he” is gonna go down in flames and try to take the world with him… but I’m just so geeked to be able to point out to every MAGAt asshole what an upstanding guy their glorious leader is.

They won’t because the United States of America is already dead.

    It’s now a Dictatorship.
