  1. Honestly, hemp is a stupid, wasteful, loophole. It takes 10 times as much hemp as cannabis to create these products. That means more land, more water, more pesticides, more heavy metals. So, you get a shittier product, that does more harm to the environment, at a higher price.

This wouldn’t be the worst thing. Just force anyone who lives in a state where cannabis isn’t legal to push their legislatures to join us in the 21st goddamned century.

There is no rational explanation for this. None. I swear, the constituents of this country have forgotten that these turds work for us. Eeesh. Not sure when it flipped, but for the love of good puffery, legalize it already.

I’m sure they triple promise again to revisit the scheduling of actual cannabis, right? No?

It’s so awesome that the people governing our country are working to make sure our economy is strong and stable. I especially like how they stand behind the agriculture and commercial and logistics industries. Tens of thousands of workers will sleep soundly knowing that our republican representatives and a handful of democrats that might as well be wearing red make America great again hats are standing by them to make sure they have prosperity /s

Congress should have no authority to actually ban shit within the states. Interstate commerce is not intrastate commerce. Dumbest expansion of power that SCOTUS granted to the federal government.

  6. I don’t want to undermine the fact that this is idiotic, but does this not make it sound like it’s just saying states need to regulate the products and through which outlets they can be sold?

    > The provision “prevents the unregulated sale of intoxicating hemp-based or hemp-derived products, including Delta-8, from being sold online, in gas stations, and corner stores, while preserving non-intoxicating CBD and industrial hemp products,” according to a Senate Appropriations Committee summary

Like would this prevent it from being sold through three-tier as if the state regulates it? I’m curious what the actual language is because this summary doesn’t make it sound as bad as it surely is.

Hey bros. Imma pack a fat bowl up here in the evil socialist north for you all. Your government hates individual freedom. Sorry most of you chose this. Enjoy being criminals for your personal choices.

Good get all that toxic crap off the streets. It’d be better if they just re-scheduled all together but at least this gets rid of the dudes who cut corners.

Rolling a fat one for my homies down south. I’m so sorry. 🙁

The legalized states are gonna benefit from this.. Colorado is just gonna keep improving the lives of their citizens from all the weed money.

There was just some guy posting how the 2018 Farm Bill accidentally legalized cannabis…I wonder what he thinks…

ngl, I thought that the stuff was still Schedule 1 on a federal level. Shows how little I know about the topic.
