If this finally rids us of this man I’ll crack a beer

I thought the last needed signature was added as soon as she was sworn in yesterday? Is there anything else needed?
And there was a big dump released right after that which I thought was related to the signature. Was that just a small “dump” and not the big one that the petition is about?

He’s making himself look guilty. They will never release anything on him. It will be redacted or hidden. But his behavior is an indication of guilt.

good. I’ll still never vote for a republican, but good.

My daily dose of Hopium today mainly consists of the GoP having had more than enough of Trump’s antics and are trying to get rid…

BUT…here’s the thing I’m worried about:
Suddenly Johnson wants to “speed up” the vote to next week. No group of people have worked so hard to cover stuff up than these guys. But NOW suddenly they WANT the vote?
That tells me they have a plan and/or got enough votes to flip. Hence their secret meeting.
They will NEVER release the files. So suddenly wanting a vote is screaming that they have yet another cover up.

Just think, during the shutdown he golfed and appealed feeding Americans and partied, but yesterday he was busy meeting with bobo and trying to get in touch with mace over the beginning stages of the epstein files release. He worked harder for that than anything else. Because he’s totally innocent/s

The growing GOP support for releasing Epstein files suggests Trump’s influence is weakening and accountability may finally be approaching.

They protected him for as long as they could. It is becoming increasingly dangerous to their political careers to hold out as more information drops.
Unfortunately, people will forgive them because they put their name on a petition.

They still need to be held accountable as being complicit in hiding the truth. Perjury. Obstruction of justice. Whatever else will stick. Lock EVERYONE involved up.

I think they know there’s blood in the water. Anybody who knows the contents of that list will know that there are a lot of people who would lose their job, and it’s likely that will benefit.

“Oh, it’s no longer advantageous for me to vote no…”
Just saying…they’re still all cowards for letting it go on as long as they did. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but credit to Boebert, Mace, and MTG for holding on.
What’s that phrase? “One day, when it’s safe, when there’s no personal downside to calling a thing what it is, when it’s too late to hold anyone accountable, everyone will have always been against this.”

Interesting tidbit buried in the article: Bacon didn’t add his name to the list of Republicans who signed the discharge petition because he doesn’t want to be associated with Massie, Greene, Mace, and Boebert. What does it matter? He’s already said he’s not running for reelection.

Tariffs may be too costly for the rich overlords. Or Trump is harder to temper his worst instincts and behaviors and so is a liability. Hopefully this means Republicans will do the right thing but we will see.

If they didn’t add their name to the list, they’d burn too. If adding their name to a list keep them in good graces with their voters, they’ll do it. It it wouldn’t matter- they’d stonewall even harder. Look at MTG. Batshit crazy but even the liberalest of liberals would agree with her to release the files.

He admits himself that Republicans without TRUMP don’t get elected. They lose elections because of bad policy and being associated with a massive dickwad. Dems swept em all under the rug last week so they know they have to go against him eventually.

How many times are we going to do this? They fall in line. It always takes a few days, maybe a week or so but they fall in line. MAGA does as they’re told and were shocked every time
