I thought that was the deal to reopen the government, a vote on funding ACA. Are you telling me the republicans are reneging on a deal they made? Has this ever happened before, aside from every time they open their mouths? Though they do have the Orange Father of Lies as their Supreme Leader.

Good fucking luck. They really blew an amazing chance to get shit done during the shutdown.

Refuse to give him quorum otherwise. If the GOP isn’t interested in governing, let them sink themselves.

Weasel Mike can just wait it out, Democrats will cave on healthcare.

They’ll drag this out but be forced to extend it is my guess. But they’re dragging it out of spite as usual and drafting many excuses to blame it on the Democrats to raise the cost of inflation, migrants, and the tainted cows.
I don’t see how they won’t come up with a way to extend it and even if it’s for a year as it would absolutely devastate the economy. Not just people going uninsured to afford food on the table but also small businesses that will be heavily impacted and the overall economy. It’ll never look good on the Republicans.
My bet is that they’ll rename it to Trump Care Act or something and change nothing. Or at least modify it just enough the Republicans will claim he did something great for America 🙄

Yeah, Mr Keebler Elf “we will not negotiate in a shut down” but under the CR on normal business, that’s the way it was always done.
CR passes, were not negotiating, stick a fork in it.

Isn’t that the thing Schumer allowed Dems to cave and end the shutdown over? A vote promise? Well?

If only someone could have said something to the Democrats about how they should not capitulate because the Republicans would go back on their word.
Oh wait. Everyone in the fucking country did.

Schumer should be held to account. How is this ineffectual letter writing dipshit still in charge of anything?
