    Snippet:

    >“I think [Trump and Epstein] were friendly like people are in social settings. I don’t—I don’t think they were close friends or I certainly never witnessed the president in any of—I don’t recall ever seeing him in [Epstein’s] house, for instance,” Maxwell said, according to interview transcripts. “I actually never saw the president in any type of massage setting. I never witnessed the president in any inappropriate setting in any way. The president was never inappropriate with anybody.”

    >*Shortly after that interview, Maxwell was transferred to a minimum security facility in Texas, where she gets special perks such as secret meetings with visitors in the prison chapel, being able to eat alone in her cell, getting a security escort to the gym, and being able to shower after other inmates go to sleep.*

    >The recent disclosures of Epstein’s emails by the House Oversight Committee **contradict Maxwell’s characterization of her relationship with Trump,** with Epstein and Maxwell discussing Trump’s frequent visits to Epstein’s home and how Trump spent a lot of time with sex-trafficking victims.

    >That may well be why Maxwell doesn’t want to cooperate with Congress. She’d be forced to answer questions about new revelations in the committee’s emails that not only implicate her, but also the president, **and explain why she lied to the DOJ.**

  2. Smart move, if she wants to stay out of prison. Dumb move when it’s discovered Trump used this to buy her silence.

They need to proceed anyways, and ask her the same questions she was asked before getting moved to club fed, except this time do it under oath. She will presumably plead the fifth instead of provide her non-under-oath answers. That result can then be highlighted over and over.

  4. What possible incentive would she have to go against Trump on this? She’s got a sweet heart deal that put her in a low security prison, and Trump hasn’t ruled out a pardon for her. Of course she’s not going to cooperate.

  5. What’s going to go through the minds of the employees of the prison she’s being coddled and pampered in, after they learn *this* news?

    The mind boggles.

Trump will probably pardon her at the end of his term, they got to her good, she knows everything about everybody.

  7. Don’t they have the firing squads in Carolina?

    Sometimes it can’t be fixed.

Sometimes death is the only answer.

  8. It’s hard for me to believe that all the people who have seen the unredacted info will remain silent. Someone’s gonna go rogue and then flee to Norway or something. For God’s sake, it has to happen.

  9. What an absolutely vile human being. Every step of the way she is about herself without regard to who she harms. She deserves to rot in prison, no remorse.

    Why would she?

She’s hanging out in a country club prison, getting all sorts of special treatment.

  11. Listen, she’s a piece of shit and clearly got some sort of quid pro quo going on with Trump. That said, absolutely nobody in her position would do anything other than take the 5th in this exact scenario. A first year law student would know enough to scream at her to do nothing but invoke her rights here.

If she gets a pardon from trump there should be riots. She needs to be in a max prison for her crimes not some plush vacay spot.

  13. Just a guess but someday we’ll wake up to find out she’s in Russia. Trump will pardon her and get her out of the country before anyone can react.

  14. Well, once Trump is gone maybe we can muster the courage to put this pedophile back into real prison instead of the day spa she’s in now.
