These criminals will look for every excuse to not release those files. Pam is throwing her own excuses left right center. Patel is here with his. Fuck Trump and his cabinet

    From the article:

FBI Director Kash Patel said this week in a sit-down interview with journalist Catherine Herridge that the Epstein estate is refusing to share key records sought by investigators.

He said the government and the estate hold “separate boxes” of information, limiting what the FBI can access as it reviews a new referral in the case. Patel noted that federal officials have repeatedly requested materials from the estate without success. He said the FBI will evaluate whatever evidence it can obtain as the inquiry moves forward.

They asked nicely and were told no. They tried everything guys, can’t we just forget about it now? What more could you possibly expect? They asked like 3 times. What should they do? Just keep asking? Yeh like that will work.

  4. So they have the ability to do deep probes into Democrats for telling soldiers not to do illegal things, but a sex offender’s family says “nah, we don’t want to give you that” and the FBI says “ok?” It never ceases to amaze me how these folks claim to be the best and most powerful and simultaneously the weakest and most victimized.

Yeah so? Earlier this year the fbi was scrubbing trump’s name from a 100k documents they already possess. How about you start with releasing those?

  6. Because the FBI <checks notes> has no power to issue warrants and conduct raids to confiscate records…?

It sounds to me like this little shit weasel is trying to get ahead of the fact that when they release their doctored and redacted files, the Epstein estate will be right there with the actual information and receipts.

This would be funny if they weren’t talking about the fact that the president of the USA raped children.

So you subpeona them. This is how it works. If you have reasonable proof that there is evidence being held by a particular person/group at a particular place in connection to a particular crime, then get a subpeona and get the records you need.

  8. Because ~~they’re~~ you’re gonna scrub and redact the ever-loving shit out of them, smooth brain.

  9. If only there was a way to compel people to hand over evidence… Like some document signed by a judge or Congress or something, that could be used by legal and law enforcement organizations to force people to provide stuff like that.

  10. Translation: We’re destroying records and need plausible deniability if the Epstein estate releases them.

    Where is Dan Bognino?

He saw the true files and has been told to keep his mouth shut

    Kash Patel is complicit.

  12. You don’t say?? Well, as the department of JUSTICE, I wonder if there is anything you can do about this?

    No? Hands tied are they?

Patel is as dirty as they get.

We tried to issue Subpenis and Afterdavids but their lawyers keep saying they don’t know what that means….

  14. Here comes the locomotive of bullshit just steamin’ it’s way through the station of reason.

  15. If the estate give the feds the originals, we’re screwed. They’ll destroy them. Hopefully there’s some way to keep them safe

  16. They want to know what they can and can not scrub. If the Epstein estate has something that they scrubbed off the dojs files then it blows their cover wide open.

    Release what you have losers.

  17. Yes, those are the ones that will be released directly to the public to prevent Bondi and crew from scrubbing key information.

  18. I keep seeing lines just like this one in articles about this:

“related to the disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein, **who died by suicide in jail in 2019 while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charge**”

How can a journalist expect their readers to take them seriously when this is written as if its a matter of fact? Don’t put the line at all or at least acknowledge that while it may be the government’s stated version of events, its very difficult to believe.

  19. Well since you work for the guy who is on the list more than anyone else alive…why would they trust you.

  20. LonghornPride05 on

If only there was some legal avenue the FBI had available to them to compel you to provide the requested documentation.

  21. Actual headline: FBI is mad that Epstein estate is not handing over original source documents which will point at all the omissions the administration is attempting to make.

Get fucked, Patel. We see right through your gambit.

  22. You didn’t get the memo? The FBI seized the Epstein safe with the Wolff polaroids in 2019. You ALREADY HAVE THE KEY RECORDS THAT RUIN TRUMP.
