  1. If Aftyn Behn pulls off a historical upset in the upcoming Tennessee special election and flips this Trump+22 district from the GOP, that would mean the GOP would be left with the slimmest 218-216 House majority. This means that any single defection from the GOP would result in a failure on a party-line vote, and we know that Thomas Massie tends to vote No on GOP bills quite often.

It would be absolutely hilarious to witness Mike Johnson try to hold together his zero-vote margin majority. Please, Tennessee, vote in Aftyn Behn on December 2nd.

  2. That margin would be very short lived and if Rs don’t resign I would expect every sitting R to constantly follow the party line.

On one hand, it’s central Tennessee…..

On the other hand, based on the 2025 elections thus far with GOP candidates getting walloped, even in areas like Georgia and Mississippi, there may be quite a bit of anti-GOP sentiment that could allow Behn to overperform quite a bit regardless of campaign quality/messaging.

They should fear their constituents watching them support an incompetent and cruel narcissist at their expense.

They make everyone else afraid all the time with their policies ans actions so their turn

  6. This is what happens when you let social media dictate perceived popularity.

It’s what happened with the Dems. It’s what’s happening with Republicans now.

    This administration isn’t popular.
Their antics they are using as memes and trolling is even less popular.

Let them keep digging that hole though

  7. I live in the TN district and we are being INUNDATED with tv ads and mailers. Its an avalanche. GO AFTYN!!!

  8. And they won’t be able to play that bullshit, where some of the GOP vote with the Dems to save their seat, because “see, I vote for the things you want!” Let them be exposed for who they are.
