  1. It’s not even close to how much Trump has used the office of the president to enrich himself by, so what’s the big deal?

Trump commutated the prison sentence of David Gentile who scammed $1,600,000,000 from thousands of real people in a fraudulent investment scheme.

Thousands of affidavits were submitted from the **victims** of this fraud that show the impact of how this fraudster ruined peoples lives, for example:

    > The loss of retirement income has made a significant impact on our daily lives. Our inability to meet our housing expenses necessitated in us taking on credit card debt to maintain our home in which we provide housing for our handicapped son. You can
imagine the anxiety this has caused us in providing for his and our needs. We now
have over $100,000.00 in credit card debt in addition to the interest we have incurred
to allow us to maintain our mortgage and remain in our home. At the time of this
investment we had NO credit card debt! As elderly senior citizens at the age of 82 and
76 our ability to find additional income is extremely limited. We are now at a point of
looking at our belongings to sell to allow us to stay in our home. The emotional stress
of this has taken a fiscal and mental toll on our ability to function. We felt we planned
well for our retirement years and feel robbed by the actions of this crime.

    another:

    > Since the GPB fraud stated, we have lost well over half of our family’s net worth and a large portion of our income . . . At 74, I have been unable to retire now. My
wife has contracted cancer and has ongoing treatment. And our daughter, who has
cerebral palsy, has had to ensure the ensuring stress from all of that.

  3. > Karoline Leavitt said the Biden government was “unable to tie any supposedly fraudulent representations to Mr Gentile”. She called the case another example of the “weaponization of justice from the previous administration”.

If they were unable to tie anything to him, then how’d he get convicted in the first place?

  4. His mom showed up at the WH previous to the pardon. Who wants to bet she had a thumb drive with a substantial amount of bitcoin on it. Untraceable bribes.

In other words. I believe David did everything he was supposed to do to legally defraud normal be out of 1.6billion dollars. If we allow this type of shit. I might get convicted of more felonies.

  6. He wasn’t convicted by Biden he was convicted by a jury .. ffs why can’t the fucking media call out her BS

so we’re just openly admitting now that defrauding thousands of people out of 1.6 billion dollars is fine as long as you know the right people. the weaponization of justice defense is so transparent it’s almost impressive, like they’re not even pretending anymore that there’s one set of rules for the wealthy and another for everyone else.

  8. Any requirement for restitution is wiped away as well.

Interesting that the co-defendant, Jeffrey Schneider, who is sentenced to 6 year in jail is not commuted. Guess he hadn’t paid up yet.

You would think if they really believe the case did not have merit, Jeffery Schneider would be pardoned/commuted as well.

So exactly the same reason they pardonned the formed President of Honduras, they claim that Biden was just targetting that person specifically and so it was unjust.

I have to give it to them. If they’re one thing it’s liars. If they’re a second thing it’s consistent.

  10. Why would they care? Senator Rick Scott as a CEO committed the largest Medicare fraud in history at the time. Why wouldn’t they sell pardons to donors?

  11. This lady really set herself up to be despised for the rest of her life. I’m just glad these people are showing their true colors.

What about Jeffry Schneider? Is he being released also or does he not have enough money to pay for it?
