I agree with arresting bibi, but the US isn’t a member of the ICC, so arresting him just because they have a warrant for him is way outside the purview of the mayor of any city, even NYC.

I respect the principle at play, but you don’t arrest visiting dignataries if other nations, especially on route to the UN. Basically doing so would help undermine the diplomatic purpose of the UN and lead to further world destabilization.
