He does not care about anybody but himself, he’s a narcissist. There’s no way in the world they’ll be able to get him to change his behaviour, and most certainly not because it’ll help the next guy. That’s the worst incentive to use with him.

The GOP has been playing the blame game for so long it’s ingrained habit. The difference is that the swamp is a vague idea that can be changed to fit most scenarios, while Biden will always be Biden. Remember literally months ago when Trump said it was Biden’s fault they were all over that.
