I'm looking at switching our business energy and trying to understand how it works. Our office is small, about 10 people, so we don't use massive amounts, but I want to make sure we're not overpaying.
I've seen sites like https://www.energycosts.co.uk/ that compare prices from different suppliers, but I'm not sure how reliable they are or if there are hidden fees.
Has anyone gone through this recently? How did you find a good deal, and was the process straightforward? Are there things to watch out for when switching from gas to electricity for a small business?
