Any order given by or received from, a past or current “registered foreign agent” defined by FARA should be reasonably presumed to be illegal, an act of espionage or blatant conflict of interest against the United States and it’s entire judicial process.

Any appointment of a registered foreign agent to public office undeniably nessessitates independent counter-intellence investigation throughout the entire lifespan of that appointed position and every official and non-official act, both in public and in private.

Any judicial case that goes to trial on the authority of a registered foreign agent should be grounds for dismissal or automatic pardons by state…

Any deviation from this inherently risks the national security interests of the state becoming influenced by foreign kings, foreign governments, foreign billionaires, foreign corporations, or foreign intelligence officers.
