The only reason he didn’t veto the bill, because he knew his underlings would redact, delay, stall, delete, flush, eat whatever evidence that included Trump.
IMO this level of corruption and cover-up puts the Watergate scandal in the shade.
If the law says release the files and you don’t, that’s not discretion, that’s obstruction. The longer they stall, the louder the cover-up alarm gets.

The law should have stated the entire unredacted files had to be handed to Congress and a bipartisan committee would do the redactions.
