The incompetence and ever revolving door of blaming the community for government inaction and failures continues.
It also seems that all NSW firearm license holders are now holding illegal firearms and in breach of the Terrorism and Other Legislation Amendment Bill 2025 given the statement just released.
>Mr Minns said the change was necessary to ensure “peace, safety and security” for the people of NSW.
>”The number of firearms in that provision will be in place as of this afternoon … they’ll be in place immediately,” he said.
I’m sure this is going to end well…. Have to hope that his entire knee jerk disinformation filled bill is overturned.
Also have to hope that the Firearms registry is prepared for an influx of calls when they open back up after the christmas break, Putting even more strain on a Chronically understaffed department is a great idea.
