A quota? That’s not how that works. Afaik there’s no mechanism unless they lie on forms. You can’t denaturalise native born citizens. People aren’t allowed to be stateless. This could make the knives come out. A quota…

  2. How about just tattooing identification numbers on their wrists? We could make them wear some kind of symbol to indicate their immigration status, like a circle or star. Something until Trump figures out his final solution to make America great again.

Edit: at the very least, we need more masked “police” roaming the streets instilling terror in the populace. I swear to god I will never forgive you people who did this

  3. Come and tell me again how this isn’t modeled after Nazi Germany. I’m in the mood for some utter fucking bullshit today.

Will Donald denaturalize Melania and her parents too? What about Ivanka and his other children born to immigrants? Will Donald denaturalize himself, a son of immigrants?

MAGA; that red hat won’t protect you when he decides to strip your citizenship because you didn’t lick the tread on his boot fast enough.

To the people who think “But I’m a citizen!” or “I didn’t lie on my forms!” or “It’s only the criminals!” or “This won’t affect me!”:

[ICE Detains Woman Whose Lawyer Insists Is US Citizen. DHS Says She Isn’t](https://www.newsweek.com/ice-detains-maryland-woman-us-citizen-claims-dhs-denies-11257159)

    >Speaking to the media Monday, attorneys representing Diaz Morales said they had not been able to reach their client, who they say has no criminal record, after being told by ICE to call the detention facility holding her earlier in the day.

“Dulce Consuelo Madrigal Diaz is NOT a U.S. citizen–she is an illegal alien from Mexico,” McLaughlin said in a statement sent to Newsweek Monday afternoon, in a similar message to the one shared on X. “She did NOT provide a valid U.S. birth certificate or any evidence in support of her claim that she is a U.S. citizen.

Diaz Morales’ attorneys said Monday that they have verified her identity, confirming with the hospital she was born in Laurel, Maryland, and the local government in Prince George’s County that she had been issued a birth certificate and had been a patient in the early 2000s.

Newsweek asked DHS what evidence it had that Diaz Morales was not a U.S. citizen, and how her citizenship had been checked and verified. The department did not answer these questions directly, only providing the statement above.
    >Her family has now been told she has been deported, despite U.S. District Judge Brendan Hurson ruling Thursday that she could not be deported pending a hearing. Perez and colleague Victoria Slatten said they had not been able to confirm Diaz Morales’ whereabouts.

Shouldn’t denaturalization be based on the number of people lying, not just arbitrary number that Trump would like to see deported?

Can’t wait to set a denaturalization date from Trump admin officials. I’m sure Israel or Russia will take most of them in.

Just a reminder that Trump is, himself, a second generation immigrant. His grandfather was an immigrant. Trump’s wife is also an immigrant.

  9. This gets to the heart of why they are unbothered rounding up citizens who are part of the global majority. They believe non-white people can never truly be citizens, and while these melanated American citizens are being kidnapped and trafficked to other countries, this Administration is not worried about the legal hurdles today.

*The point is that they believe a future law will be in place to justify this.*

The internal guidance to USCIS field offices is to refer 100-200 denaturalization cases per month to the Department of Justice starting in FY 2026. This is a dramatic escalation from the roughly 120 total cases filed over the last eight years. They are setting a quota that is impossible to meet under the current high standard of proof for denaturalization (clear, convincing, and unequivocal evidence of fraud). This quota is a political attack designed to systematically create a class of people who are seen as permanently provisional, regardless of their documents, and to condition the public to accept the most extreme future legal actions.

In other words, papers and documentation are pointless if you are not white. This makes you wonder: why did we go through the voter registration laws if the papers don’t even matter? Why did we go through all the hassle of getting REAL ID (the federally mandated identification for domestic flights) if the document itself ultimately doesn’t matter when you are not white?

And don’t even get me started on the generational ripple effect this policy creates for the US-born children of denaturalized citizens.

Stephen Miller needs to be neutered. At minimum.

The original idea of deportation quotas, untethered from the actual number of people with illegal or dubious status, but based on a pure ‘we need to remove this number of people’ has been heinous the entire time, and has had the obvious consequence of… well, grabbing anyone ‘with the look’ and jumping people at their literal hearings, and ‘misplacing’ however untold number of people.

  11. Donald Trump’s father, Fred Trump, was arrested at a KKK rally in 1927 in Queens, New York. This is verified and historically documented with newspaper clippings. The information available makes it unclear as to whether he was a bystander or part of the rally so we can only speculate but this is a verified and documented historical fact.

  12. Birthright citizenship is the only reason im an American citizen….yet my parents voted for this. Ill never understand the thought process.

  13. That’s some dope faschist stuff to drop on Christmas. Because as Jesus said love thy neighbor but only if they are white.

  14. Hope that this measure will get blocked in the courts but I wouldn’t put it past this admin to make up facts

  15. Surely not the same Trump who, according to his ex Wife, kept a copy of Mein Kampf in his bedside table

  16. Holy shit, a QUOTA??? They really just jumped into that pool head first, didn’t they? Hope lefties are ready to go to the camps, because it’s not going to be a long time until we’re on the trains.

First they came for the refugees, and I did nothing because I wasn’t a refuge.

Then they came for the migrants, and I said nothing because I wasn’t a migrant.

Then they came for the visa holders, and I said nothing because I wasn’t a visa holder.

Then they came for me, and there was nobody left.

Isn’t that how the fucking poem goes, you MAGA Nazi fucks?
