  1. It will be reopened next week as the Donald J. Trump Center for People accused of Pedophilia (~~Wrongly~~)

  2. Can’t he just take a flight to visit his girlfriend again? It’s less stressful for us when that’s his corruption.

  3. It’s hard to overstate the symbolism of this. The Hoover Building was the FBI’s public face for generations. Closing it isn’t just a real estate move it feels like a definitive, physical end to an era. A massive change for the agents and the public’s image of the Bureau.

Moves like this should require congressional budgeting to approve. The fact that congress has delegated this power to the executive over the last 70 years is on both dems and reps.

    This should be interesting.

We’re about to have an FBI HQ named after somebody who should be on their Most Wanted List.

  6. They setting up headquarters at Kash Patel’s girlfriend’s house? They seem to be wasting enough FBI resources on her

  7. So a “cost saving” move, is to move the FBI out of a building specifically built and designed for the FBI, to a building NOT designed and built by the FBI, and that’s supposed to save money? … It’s supposed to SAVE money…

  8. Well considering all that seems to be left of the FBI is just 12 boomers who don’t know how to digitally redact documents, I guess it’s ok if they downsize a little.

Was there not a heliport sufficient for his new personal VTOL that he uses to get laid around the country?

i wouldn’t even hesitate on a headline stating this whole garbage country caved inwards into nothing.

  11. Temporary offices will be located near a self valued 5-star Trump Hotel, with prices increased due to surge demand

Not /s, I’m confident this is the grift

  12. >the move is an effort to move the bureau into a safer, more modern facility.

Anyone want to bet that facility is going to be owned by Trump, or one of his cronies, and is going to cost billions to “secure”?

Watch what happens to the building. This administration has been doing fire sales of government property with their cronies. I have no doubt fraud is involved here

Traitors destorying the FBI and putting agents “in the field”. Where they will never investigate white collar crime, foreign agents, or corruption. They are destroying the only law enforcement agency that investigated trump and russians. This is no coincidence they think FBI agents should be patrolman…..

  15. Bug eyed Cashapp “Just shit my pants after doing a massive bump that was mostly baby laxative” Patel announced today that the FBI was moving the HQ of the FBI out of its current location in downtown DC to an abandoned Pizza Hut in a strip mall in Las Vegas.

  16. Honest to God, this feels like the kind of thing that should require some public commentary period, and specific appropriation, and congressional approval. Otherwise what’s to stop any future administrations from moving it around willy-nilly?

Like, one administration should not be able to change this much about the federal government, even the executive branch, without congressional oversight. And yes, I understand the Congress is a rubber stamp for now, but at least it would lend a whiff of public interest legitimacy.

  17. Dope, another massive, expensive, decisive change made by an administration under fire for pervasive corruption, ineptitude, and pedophilia. The end cannot come soon enough.

If you were a Russian asset. And you wanted to do the most damage to the FBI. This is what you would do.
