Yeah let’s enforce the laws we already have rather than trying to force through additional laws to appease certain voters. Willing to bet the investigations show more of these gaps.

So even more evidence of NSW police failing to enforce the current laws…..
You know whats even more funny about Minns crackdown about taking firearms off the street, They are only taking 30,000 firearms from 500 license holders off of the streets in total from this whole ordeal which is 2.7% of the total firearms in NSW which truly shows how incompetent this government is.(I do have a source for the claims above but I am currently in 12,000 in Queue to Archive it so its a non-paywall link from the Daily telegraph)
Its truly a waste of time for this new firearm laws to exist, I hope when its challenged its overturned by the courts as its truly not required in the broad scope of things, There was a few license changes that should be implemented but the rest of it has no purpose.

Is there a clause that allows the police to immediately terminate his licence without explanation and raid his house? Because that’s exactly what’s needed.

How did this guy have a licence? I live with a licence holder and he had to jump through so many hoops to get the licence – as he should have.
Also, it is super easy to lose your guns if you’re not “a fit and proper person to hold a licence”. So why weren’t the laws being enforced?
