I read a “thought piece” today that said basically Seek and that whole way of applying for jobs is dead because of AI on both sides of the current apply review shortlist recruitment process removes the value and people will be hired more through networks.
I kind of agreed when I read the article but now I typed that brief summary I’m less convinced.
