I would go so far as to say the article suggests there were multiple instances of sexual assault from him to colleagues and the fact he was a colorectal surgeon and thus seeing patients intimate and vulnerable on a daily basis is also disturbing. I’m sure patients reading this about a doctor who performed examinations and surgery on their intimate areas are feeling deeply uncomfortable and it’s things like this that stop people going to a doctor when they need to in the future!
I’m surprised these instances, since they involved non consensual groping, were not acted on by the police as well.
