    Its a bad bill and needs major reworking. The system as planned will only work for wealthy people and the state can’t afford the bill for everyone else. Too much legal red tape involved, especially when it takes so long, there is a real likelihood that the individual will already have lost capacity or be suffering unduly, despite having clearly expressed their consent/wishes previously.

    As it stands the proposed new laws only benefit the ambulance chasers and those with the resources to grease the wheels.

    1000 amendments was absolutely a delaying tactic. Some are valid but not that quantity
