Trump is actively working on getting a case up to the Supreme Court so he can get a ruling that does indeed allow him to pardon state crimes. It’s mostly for himself, but I’m sure he’d love another opportunity to try to get that precedent.

He drew his pistol, leaned forward in front of her, and fired. He then fired into her open window as she was attempting to leave. Those agents terrorized her, then killed her. She was an American citizen. Fuck this timeline.

Watch body cam videos on youtube of cops and you’ll see times where a traffic stop turns into the person pulling away and almost hitting a cop like that and the cops never shoot at the person, if they are not hit and injured they get in their car and pursue them. ICE is not above the law. If cops get arrested for things like this, so should ICE.

Obviously I can’t stay in the house 24/7 or have my family stay 24/7 but that fear is there in the back of my mind.
