The same offender was charged for another seperate attack two days prior where he attacked a stranger and knocked him unconscious, then posted video of it to social media. He‘s a danger to the community and needs to be put away for decent stretch. But our laws have been pretty weak for serious assault and serial offenders.

Maybe government should finally do something about the scourge of alcohol that was likely involved in lowering thresholds to emotional impulse and suppressing reason.
Somewhat contradictory to be lauding a father and family man and in the next breath talk about hitting on a person as the cause of the fracas.
