It’s not secret at all, it’s a data center. The architects and contractors on the project already publicly listed all worked for data center projects in the past.
It’s not that the USA doesn’t have a bunch of data centers, but one on White House grounds would have very little Congressional oversight due to “executive privilege”. So it would be a perfect place to illegally crunch numbers from DOGE and voter rolls from states etc. to find patterns of people to illegally persecute or suppress.
