  1. Idiots will still find a way to justify this and say they were here illegally. I read on twitter once somebody saying exactly that; that “Native Americans are closer to Mexicans so they should go to Mexico.”

    People are insane.

Why are they fighting this with press releases?   Why aren’t they suing the shit out of ICE with lawyers?

Given there is no refoulement concern (not that I think this current administration would care) -Surely the quickest path out for ICE is to “deport” these people back into Oglala lands?

I’m not saying this is just, or even legal. I’m just saying if I was a minor apparatchik in ICE, thats how I’d get rid of this problem off my desk.

Never forget ICE Barbie had quite the the tension with the Sioux while governor of North Dakota.

This is just embarrassing… 🙈 they can’t come up with any spin on this. They just hate people who they don’t perceive as white

  6. What kind of possible “agreement” can DHS be demanding that they would hold these guys hostage?

And this is going into several days of their detention now, with ICE giving sideways acknowledgment that the men are detained *and* that DHS is aware of the mens’ tribal membership and citizenship.

    >>Star Comes Out said the when tribal nation reached out to the agency it was provided with only the first names of the men. Homeland Security refused to release more information, unless the tribe “entered into an immigration agreement with ICE.”

Noem is holding them hostage to try to force some sort of agreement with ICE.

    Truly evil.

  8. Does Kristi Noem think this hostage situation will somehow get her un-banned from the South Dakota tribal lands?

  9. Sue the hell out of DOJ and DHS. I am a non- litigious person, but if ever there were a time, this is it!
