  1. Real question if you shoot an ice agent which court system does it go to? Also where would the trial be? Obviously just trial

  2. Winter-Huntsman on

I mean if a bunch of masked people in plain clothes and guns attack me and don’t say who they are may as well assume I’m being kidnapped and fight back.

  3. Ok-Assistant-95 on

And with all those losers pretending to be ICE…

And camo and tactical gear being widely available, I wouldn’t trust anyone claiming to be ICE. Add to the fact that ICE refuses to identify themselves, well…

  4. How did maga go from “antifa are pussies for wearing masks” to “the official government policy for ICE should be they wear masks and hide their identities at all times”?

  5. Now there is no reason whatsoever to kick my door in. No drugs,  nobody has ever even been arrested or committed any crimes, but if I defend myself not knowing who it is ( they’re usually all yelling different commands) and shoot a couple of them, I can guarantee that every single one of them will go through every magazine they have to make sure I’m dead, whether I was justified or not. I can guarantee that would be the result, either that, or they get scared and instead,  fill the house with flashbangs, tear gas and smoke grenades, wait for me to appear, then fill me full of hundreds of holes. It’s who they are, they’ve shown that.

  6. My pretty racist grandfather kept a registered handgun on him while he drive in case “ they “ carjacked him and I don’t see how this is any different

  7. Arizona has a valid “Stand Your Ground” statute, as I understand it. Masked intruders braking into your home would certainly apply, eh?

    >2024 Arizona Revised Statutes: § 13-405 – Justification; use of deadly physical force

    B. A person has no duty to retreat before threatening or using deadly physical force pursuant to this section if the person is in a place where the person may legally be and is not engaged in an unlawful act.

[EDIT] The full text of the Arizona “Stand Your Ground” statute is [here](https://www.azleg.gov/ars/13/00405.htm).

I am surprised protesters have not started wearing tactical gear covering their faces and walking around with machine guns. It will confuse everyone.

Its weird that this needs to be said. Thats one of the reasons why cops in America aren’t masked. You know, so people don’t mistake them for burglars and such

  10. thatirishguyyyyy on

They absolutely do. Many states already have laws on the books that justify shooting an ice agent because you were in fear for your life. They are out of their jurisdiction and have no legal authority.

    State’s rights, right?

  11. Aggressive-Bit-2335 on

That’s not what she said. She said that there is a stand your ground law and that something violent will probably happen because of it. She quoted the 4th amendment and told the public not to open the door for people they don’t know.

  12. If masked men with no badges are coming at me with visible intent to harm or detain for no reason I can find – also live in an open carry state, fwiw – yeah, I have rights too.

Im glad this is becoming the play. Fuck ICE, they are a literal domestic terrorist organization.

  13. Excellent_Problem753 on

I mean if a masked individual approaches you in a hostile manner with a gun or does a B&E on your house without identifying themselves and providing a warrant, I feel like the only option is to defend yourself and then let a court sort it out later.

  14. When the first ICE agent is shot by a homeowner for entering a house _ILLEGALLY_ I will give 0 fucks

  15. NeuroSpicedPizza on

Well. If they don’t identify themselves and attack… Pretty logical conclusion and I guarantee someone out there won’t bother to wait for politicians to decide yay or nay on this.. oh wait, some politicians decided this quite a long time ago.

  16. I’d argue anywhere in the country if you see a bunch of armed, masked men with no identification jump out of a rental car and come after you, you can defend yourself.

  17. Being_Stoopit_Is_Fun on

Technically if they illegally enter a home someone could mow them down. But that person is going to die after when 200 agents show up 10 minutes later and burn down their house. 100%.

  18. Laws are a threat made by the dominant socioeconomic ethnic group in a given nation. It’s just the promise of violence that’s enacted, and ~~the police~~ ICE are basically an occupying army, you know what I mean?

You guys wanna make some bacon?

  19. My second amendment right allows me to defend my fourth amendment right when my first amendment right isn’t enough.

  20. this should go for every state, there are threats, foreign and domestic. this one is domestic

  21. TheHumanGnomeProject on

This, every state AG should say publicly that they would never prosecute anyone who shoots these masked Tren de Aragua agents disguised as federal police forces (ICE/CBP) for entering someone’s home without a judicial warrant, or pulling you over when they don’t have the authority to, or trying to arrest you as a United States citizen.

  22. If they don’t have a signed warrant, refuse to identify themselves, and have firearms, then they are an armed trespasser and should be dealt with accordingly.

  23. newmoonchaperone on

Someone with guts and a healthy sense of realism. In a position of power (state Government (in a very red state, very republican state).

    I don’t give a two fucks about his/her ideology.

That is what the fuck I’m talking about.
