Delivering a generator to a forward position may sound like a simple task – but near the front line, it becomes a dangerous mission under constant threat.

Under mortar fire and relentless enemy drone activity, fighters of the “Phoenix” border unit transported vital equipment to a remote position, where their comrades risked being left without electricity – and without communication.

Along the route, the team passed through devastated frontline settlements near Pokrovsk, repelled enemy FPV drones, and even encountered a familiar face – an abandoned dog nicknamed Vovchyk by Ukrainian pilots.
