Watching from north of the border here and I don’t have much confidence that Americans are going to do anything about this beyond what we’ve already seen. From Sandy Hook to Uvalde to George Floyd to what’s going on now with ICE Americans for some reason are extremely resistant to overhauling their institutions and seem to move on extremely quickly from each horrifying situation.
This is particularly concerning to me as there is a pretty good cross section of your population who want to bring this kind of thing into my country.
