    I chose the sub-header as the title, because it better reflects the article and the information therein -namely that Alex Pretti held a phone, not a gun, and never unholstered his legally owned gun nor did he ever threaten the ICE agents.

    Yeah but even if he would had hold the gun, you can clearly see he didin’t shoot. The man got murdered this shouldn’t be no question anymore.

    A lot of “don’t tread on me” and “second amendment is absolute” folks are suddenly “you should listen to everything the federal government tells you” and “you should not have a weapon if you’re interacting with the police”

    The ICE has to be removed very quickly. Right now they are no more than a couple aggressive people that someone gave weapons and authority. The combo couldn’t be more hideous.

    Apparently in 2026 you are shot dead by a fed squad when you exercise your right to carry a gun.

    In most situations when a person is shot, let alone killed, the police would be all over the scene, collecting evidence, etc to find out the exact circumstances, interviews with those involved and from witnesses.

    Where are the local police in this case?
