Yes billionaires should be taxed more. It can also be true that immigration can be used to undercut labour by lowering wages and increasing a workforce to undercut benefits, work conditions and job security.
If the us actually gave a shit about immigration it would start fining the people hiring undocumented workers to lower demand for illegal immigration.
