  1. This sub won’t let me post the article of what the medical examiner said, but here’s the direct quote.

“”In my view, based on the gunshot wound path, this kill-shot to the left side of her head must have been either Ross’ second or third shot through that left side window, not the first shot made through the front windshield,” said Greenberg. “Ross was clearly standing to the side of the car when he fired the shot that killed Renee Good. He was not in immediate danger of death or serious injury when he fired the shot that killed her.””

  2. You don’t need an autopsy to know that. If fact, you don’t even need a medical degree to know that.

  3. (my bold)

    >According to a Public Data Form from the Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s Office, **Good’s manner of death was a homicide caused by “multiple gunshot wounds.”**

Homicide just means the killing of one person by another. I believe it was murder, but that’s not what this implies.

  5. Yep, it was murder, followed by him saying “fucking bitch” and then getting the hell out of there.

Just to add how death certificates are filled out: any death where the death is caused by a non-self inflicted third party injury is generally ruled a homicide by the coroner. A man jumps in front of your car on the high-way out of no-where? His death certificate will read homicide. A man is charging at you with a gun and you shoot/stab and kill him? His death certificate will read homicide.

This is not to takeaway from the discourse. This is something republicans will definitely spin to say “All gun deaths are homicides generally” because it is a term determined by coroners and not the legal system.

That being said, Fuck ICE. Fuck wannabe gestapo Nazis.

Even IF you wanted to rationalize that the thug was right to shoot her (even though he chose to be in front of a moving car because he wanted to instigate).

The third shot was the one that hit her head. It was the third shot where he was a healthy distance away from the car pointed away from him.

R / cons keep saying that her death was justified. But a third shot at a person fleeing is not, and has not ever, been justified.

  8. They’ll say the medical examiner is radical and hates America because they don’t blindly support murder of unarmed innocent citizens.

    Stating the obvious.

Will Americans have easier time digesting this than obvious cause of death for George Floyd?

80% of the country is okay with their team breaking the law. 20% of the country just want things to go back to normal.

  11. So arrest him and send him to a camp until the judges have time to sort this out. Could take a very very long time

  12. So these things will always be ruled a homicide if the cause is by anyone regardless if they consider it justifiable or not. Their job is to determine cause of death, not what happened or who is at fault. So don’t read too much into that.

But I really hope the state of Minnesota issues an arrest warrant for these murderers.

  13. Clearly she was allergic to bullets. (I am not trying to make light of her tragic murder)

Jonathan Ross will be brought to justice. It may not happen under this corrupt administration, but I have no doubts in my mind, that Renee Good’s murderer will see his day in court.

  15. “The 2nd amendment is not for hunting, it is not for self protection,” the podcaster wrote in 2018.
“It is there to ensure that free people can defend themselves if god forbid government became tyrannical and turned against its citizens.”
