The rally was evacuated after a device containing explosive liquid, ball bearings and screws was found near the main stage, but it did not detonate."

  1. >He is charged with intent to do harm in such a way as to endanger life, health or safety, and with making or possessing explosives under suspicious circumstances.

Surely that’s terrorism and attempted mass murder right? “Intent to do harm” feels like drastically underselling how bad this could have gone.

It is scary to think about what could have happened had this lunatic been successful. I find it especially terrifying that this man would throw is life away just to hurt people that he disagrees with. Sky news, social media, loneliness, a combination of many things I’m sure, but whatever it is there is a sickness in our society that we really need to start addressing.
