I’m pretty sure the Labor and Liberal Party don’t prosecute each other for the most part and there is a lot of collusion between the two. A scratch my back, I will scratch yours. Albo even said he thinks the duopoly is mainstream. They’ve both done great things he said. They don’t oppose. This is just a fact. They need each other to give the appearance of choice.

The danger for them is if a third party gets in power, in the future, and decides to wipe the floor with both of them.

  2. I am so sick of this slippery slope nonsense that I’m just going to completely tune it out. It means nothing. No, they won’t.

Why? Because they’re not hate groups. I’m perfectly fine with abandoning the paradox of tolerance and banning anti-democratic parties and people who want to overthrow Australia. We should ban Nazis, we should ban Islamists, and we should ban cookers. If there are any Trots hanging around out there in 2026, we should ban them, too. We should cut off the far wings of Australian politics completely. I genuinely cannot understand where the people who write these articles are coming from. Nothing in my brain responds to their nonsense. They’ve spent too much time listening to Americans, the people with literally the worst system in the developed world, assuming they even count as developed.

Enough is enough. The laws have passed. The vast majority of Australians seem to want stricter laws. Get over it. Let me know when a liberal is shut down for hate speech. Then I’ll care.

Can’t wait to see future LNP/ON minister use this shit to ban Miss Rachel or some shit.
