As much as Canada has its own internal problems, its hard to argue that Mark Carney is uninformed on international matters.
Like watching his speech compared to trumps at the WEF is insanely eye opening and quite frankly the difference is insane. Its like listening to two different universes. I’d suggest you watch trump’s and carney’s speeches back to back.
And good on him for having the guts to call out these geopolitical problems/the current situation, as he is objectively pretty spot on, and I’d argue a lot of countries feel the same way, but just didn’t want to be the first to say it.
Also we should absolutely collaborate with Canada more.
