Unless there’s something I’m missing, this is a ‘classic’ textbook terrorist attack, so the mixed reaction has been very strange. It should receive the same universal condemnation as the Bondi atrocity. It’s just lucky the bomb didn’t go off.
My thoughts are that it must be something to do with the identity of the perpetrator, but hopefully we’ll find out more info soon.

Remember, don’t politicise Bondi but it’s an ABSOLUTE outrage that this event hasn’t been politicised enough!!Â
Why is the left so inconsistent? Genuinely, I can’t make sense of the double standards.Â
For the record what happened in Perth sounds like a horrendous act of domestic terrorism and I hope it is thoroughly investigated and condemned.Â

> “You’ve only got to go onto social media to see the hatred spewing out in comments whenever there’s a conversation happening about … Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, the hatred is so visible, it’s so constant,” Ms Kiss said.
People like this need to just stop engaging on social media as if it’s a productive use of their time. At the end of the day whatever brain-rotted boomers or Russian bots are spewing is of zero consequence to the upkeep of our society.

Personally, I prefer Zempilas remaining silent.
He should do it more often.
Hell, he should try shutting up until 2029!
