It’s a string of hydraulic pumps pushed by “sails” that pressurize sea water and transport it to shore. Then the pressurized sea water is used to spin turbines.

Very interesting concept, combining with desalination is an interesting addition.
I am curious how this would compare cost and maintenance wise to just an offshore wind turbine and desalination run by electric pump. But I’m excited to see them trying new things.
