With artillery shells being scattered across the scene (*00:02, 00:21*), this appears much less like the remnants of a mortar crew but more like the Russian soldiers were attempting to load/unload munition from a dump site onto their ATV thingie when they were hit by AFU sUAS strike (*more likely*) or artillery fire (*less likely*).
It appears the orcish “labourer” soldiers aren’t armed and weren’t issued body armor or helmets while they’re wearing rubber boots (*00:07, 00:13, 00:21*) instead of combat boots.
The dude talking is so oblivious to the danger to his life – they not only not value life of others but their as well.
He can see the guy is on fire, there are shells with gunpowder lying next to him and could go off any minute.
Whatever hit them can hit again any time and they just casually walking by making videos.
I understand you get desensitized by war, but at least in Ukrainian videos when there is danger you could feel the urge to avoid it, to rush away from it. Not here.

It’s matter of time before the person recording this join them as well
For some reason, I read wrong the title and thought that they were hit by a mortar shell and was impressed by its accuracy.

I think this was a North Korean type 75 107 mm multiple rocket launch system. Copy of the Chinese type 63. I concluded this based on the ammo and the last thing the videographer said.
