  1. Too bad our government is currently being run under the same rules as Whose Line Is It Anyway…

  2. Randomwhitelady2 on

Yes she did. She said that there was no evidence against Trump. Then Lieu presented an email from the Epstein files with evidence against Trump.

The problem is that the witness who presented the evidence was never contacted by the FBI to take a statement. He should be contacted and interviewed by authorities immediately.

  3. The way she dodged the question, refused to interview a witness and then threatened anyone who called her out…

“No One Is Above The Law” was on the ballot in 2024, and between GOP voters and non-voters, 69% of America’s free-willed grown-ass adults failed this test miserably.

Do you really think that she cares if she lies?

There is NO accountability for anyone in his so-called cabinet, none whatsoever.

  6. StandardMycrack on

If what Representative Lieu is saying checks out, that’s a big deal. Perjury is a serious accusation, and it could have major legal and political implications.

  7. >“This is so ridiculous. And that they are trying to deflect from all the great things Donald Trump has done.”

…Bondi says, accusing deflection while deflecting.

Often, every accusation is a confession. Not often is when the accusation and confession appear in the same sentence at the same time using the same words. We’ve reached Peak Conservatism.

It’s become a known SOP that if you work for Trump, you will be required to lie regularly as part of your job duties. Since Trump is the biggest liar to ever serve as president, someone committed to truth would be way at odds with his work culture.

  9. Pillens_burknerkorv on

”After everything Trump has done for our country” is what they always revert back to. Why isn’t someone saying ”I don’t care if he cured cancer, that doesn’t nullify any crimes he may have committed!”

Accountability will only happen if a president, congress, and senate comes in that absolutely decide its time to actually fix the problems, not just fix the previous presidents fuckups.

  11. Can we please stop acting like this is a surprise?

Oh no, a MAGAt lied under oath… for the billionth time.

  12. Negative_Gravitas on

    >In reaction, Bondi turned to the massive white binder in front of her, picked up a page, and accused Lieu of focusing on the Epstein files in order to deflect from crime in his district.

Ah yes. That’s their SOP. They do not come prepared to answer questions, they come prepared to attack their questioners.

    And yes: Lie. Under oath.

  13. flux_of_grey_kittens on

Dems need to buy campaign billboards that read “Vote blue to impeach, convict and prosecute everyone in this administration” and actually fucking do it when given power again.

  14. If she wasn’t willing to perjure herself, Trump would have ditched her already. Convincing someone to do something illegal to stay in your good graces is an awesome way to make sure that they always want to stay in your good graces, and Bondi passed the event horizon of the black hole that is Donald at least six months ago. She can go on digging deeper in hopes of keeping his favor, or she can wind up out in the cold, and potentially in jail.

And some place, off in the middle distance, I hear Michael Cohen saying, “I fucking told you all how this would go.”

  15. WontEverStop25 on

Yeah not sure why shed be concerned with lying….she’ll never face repercussions for it

  16. She says the system will collapse if they prosecute everyone…maybe it needs to collapse if this is the foundation of the system

  17. ReputationGullible14 on

They have all lied under oath! They couldn’t give a flying F if an oath is involved. It’s 2026, people don’t care what they lie over

  18. We all know they are lying under oath. Openly. Blatantly. They control the power to persecute those lying under oath and will never keep themselves in line. Absolute corruption.

  19. VaguelyArtistic on

This isn’t about being surprised that she lied, this is about Lieu actually accusing her of perjury. No one is surprised she lied. People’s cynical, knee-jerk comments are missing the point.

These congresspeople need to change their strategy and learn to adapt on the fly.

For example, when Bondi yells “Trump did nothing wrong and everybody knows it” the follow up question should be “How do we know that, Ms. Bondi? We have not seen all the evidence. Release the evidence so that the suspicions can be laid to rest”.

When Bondi was in front of a Senate hearing and was being questioned about Homman and the $50k he took from the FBI, she said something like “you need to get your facts right…”. The immediate response should have been “since you are so familiar with the case Ms. Bondi, please, tell us what the facts are”.

  21. Hot-Homework-9158 on

She literally said there’s no evidence that Trump committed crimes. She released a document with detailed accounts of him sexually assaulting people?! And that’s on top of 34 felonies by a jury.

  22. How does Pam look herself in the mirror every day? It must be destroying her soul day by day, little by little. Either that or she sees trump as some kind of demi-god and her religious beliefs allow her to get so twisted, she doesn’t know which way is up or down. Crazy.

  23. forgotmypassword778 on

The bush admin let this go along with getting us into endless wars and tanking the economy and then we got 8 years of the GOP thanks

  24. Multiple times, yes. The most obvious was the one where we saw both contradicting statements in the testimony itself without needing any external information or receipts: when she said victims can and should come to her at any time with anything, then like 20 victims in the room all said they’ve been unable to get any response from the DOJ when contacting them.

  25. Accused? Did she? Can we stop this nonsense. Yes she did, it’s not an accusation when we see and hear the crime being committed in front of our eyes. We need to stop softening reality

  26. Bondi is lying under oath to protect pedophiles and every single Republican besides Massie is so corrupt they will sell their own children to abusers in order to keep the cover up going.
