Honestly, outside of fertilizers I would like the plastic industry to get way less support as well. Thinking about it I want less synthetic fertilizers as well. I would like plastics be prioritized to needed fields like medicine and research while better alternatives are found
I don’t think this will fully stop oil, but it will make alternatives more competitive and we sort of need that for the environments that humans need to survive

I guess we will have to bail out the farmers — again. If they would have just voted for the black lady we wouldn’t be in this mess.
