  1. Iran, just because we all think the US and Israel are currently run by a couple of dipshit bullies doesn’t mean we suddenly think you’re the good guy here.

So, mutually assured destruction, essentially. Target Iranian infrastructure, and they have no reason to exercise restraint against the infrastructure of others. So, everyone’s shit gets blown up and all of us lowly peons suffer.

  3. Luckily Trump shows ‘zero restraint’ with anyone too, regardless of age, gender, race, position…

  4. I believe this US administration fully anticipated an energy crisis. They created an energy redundancy with the Venezuela action. Attempting to secure borders both North and South in preparation for a larger war that may very well come from it. Meanwhile, everyone that is dependent on US exported shale oil will tow the line.

Edit:spellings are hard. Also not supporting, just trying to understand their thinking I guess.

  5. We need to quit using oil and natural gas for fuel. It’s too useful for the myriad of other things we need, and if we aren’t using it for fuel it would be easier to stockpile, because we would be using much less. Not so much shock to the system.

Trump and his fuck buddies making billions since he got in office by scamming the public. They gonna crash the world economy and buy everything up. LFG!!

  7. I admit Iran is angry about that but they really don’t have much to work with anymore. What is left to restrain?

  8. So happy about that orange goof causing gas prices to go up 40 cents in the last 3 weeks.

Not even American or Israeli and I’m paying for this dumb fuck’s dumb fuckery.

Its funny. This whole war may speed up Europe’s desire to use alternative energy in order to stop climate change.

  10. Strategically and militarily, the US is acting shockingly amateurish.

Trump and Netanyahu are already backpedaling rhetorically, saying things like, “The war will be over soon,” “Iran can no longer build a nuclear bomb,” etc. They are already preparing for a withdrawal through communication.

Even though almost nothing has been achieved, at an extremely high cost.

Israel and the US have to withdraw because of Iran’s successful attack on global energy markets and thus the global economy.

The regime remains and will resume its missile and nuclear program with even more speed and energy.

Had the US been better prepared for the announced(!) attacks on Hormuz and neighboring countries, they wouldn’t have had to make a hasty retreat and might actually have had a chance of achieving their objectives.

Strategically, they’ve botched it badly against a clearly inferior militarily.

  11. Am I the only one who doesn’t care if we can’t burn more oil? I say this as a car guy who works in the car industry.

The best part of Covid was the clean air, no traffic, and wfh

  12. Well, I wanted to stop eating anything transported by trucks, cars or plane anyway. So jokes on you, Iran.

We are still waiting for Iran to show everyone what they are capable of doing. You would think that after wiping out the entire leadership, they would have whipped it out by now.

Oligarchs want to bankrupt and break the world to the point where only they have resources.

And people were questioning why this orange idiot wanted Greenland?

  15. Israel will do this again. They have a nasty reputation of going for the jugular first chance they get.

  16. Something something right to bear arms against a tyrannical government… That’s one of those amendments, eh?
