After a decade of journalists continually bringing this up every now and then only for it to fail, it’s great that this has finally gotten over the line.
We need more German cars on our roads. The full removal of the 5% tariff on all European cars is great. The LCT changes for EVs are great too, but it should have ideally been extended to petrol cars too. Hopefully this does make prospective EV buyers consider buying something actually valuable; a German EV, rather than brands like BYD which are quickly becoming low-quality eyesores on the roads.Â

Is LCT gone or still there?
Anything about migration?

>feta, romano and gruyere will eventually be phased out
I do see Australian Feta and Romano, but I’ve never seen Gruyere on the shelf that wasn’t from Switzerland or France.

Still pathetic on the beef and lamb tonnages, Same levels as 2023 negotiations when we walked away, Should of done it again.
The deal should of never been signed until the EU agreed to what was being wanted but just have to hope it can be increased in 10 years to what it should of been originally.

Excessive immigration was already a massive problem for Australia, and now we’re going to also open the gates to low wage eastern European countries?

That’s literally what caused Brexit.
