It’s amazing that in 2026 we don’t have redundant systems to prevent a collision like this. If an airplane is about to land or take off, all vehicles should be able to see it on a monitor. Let’s just spend billions on ICE and a trillions in wars.

Begging, pleading with this sub and its mods to stop using Daily Beast articles when there are plenty of other sites that do better reporting and aren’t “high-end tabloids” (quote from one of DB’s editors in the past).
So many examples of articles that had original reporting done elsewhere that could be used. Also they are behind a paywall/registration wall.
