    He’s trying to take away mail-in voting even from MAGA and his answer for why he gets to do it and nobody else, including them, is: *because, I’m better than you*.

    This exposes the hypocrisy of Republican voter legislation. They don’t intend to follow it themselves.

  6. He didn’t want to be seen among the poor’s actually submitting a ballot at the ballot box. Plus there’s no golf course or hamberders at the ballot box, so there’s that.

  7. If it’s safe and secure enough for someone as important as the President, it is safe enough for the general public.

  8. Are we months away from him saying he can just pick who wins elections because it feels like we are months away from him saying that.

  9. Keep in mind that this is far from the first time that Trump openly admits that he believes the rules should be different for him just because of who he is. He used the exact same line at a CNN town hall during the last campaign. Stephen Miller openly admits that a lot of the things they’re doing they do because they can and nobody can do anything about it.

    One of the issues with taking on the schoolyard bully is that if you try to stand up to the bully and fail, the bullying just gets worse because you’ve confirmed you can’t do anything about it. That’s where we’re at with Trump. Our society has shown that we collectively are either unable or unwilling to do anything about it, so Trump is acting accordingly.
