A judge says President Trump violated the First Amendment with his executive order targeting the two media organizations’ funding.

> it’s not clear how or if Congress will resume funding for PBS and NPR.
Ok, so a judge ruled that he violated the 1st Amendment, but it doesn’t bring back funding for them, rehire any of the people who’ve been fired from their jobs, or add it back to any broadcasts or anything
Also there’s no repercussions for him violating their rights or destroying valuable public resources

So that Iran ground invasion is a definite go now, Operation Soothe Trump’s Ego, since he’s racking up losses this week, and its only Tuesday.

The Corporation for Public Broadcasting has been dissolved though?

Until his lawyers find a maga judge to overturn it, even if it has to go to Clarence “I use the Constitution to wipe my ass” Thomas

I hope this is the first of many steps for an impeachment but I’m not gonna hold my breath.
Yes, the judge does the right thing, but one good apple does not save a barrel of bad apples.

Yeah, Shits-His-Pants is so well known for following the law.
Question. Who is going to enforce this ruling? Right. That’s what I thought.

Great. Does this mean that the Corporation for Public Broadcasting will resume operations?

A sliver of good news.

It took nearly a year for this decision.
They will appeal it – no question.
Years for a resolution – this won’t be fast-tracked, especially when so many other things desperately need fast-tracked.
PBS and NPR will ultimately prevail, because Trump is an idiot that says the quiet part out loud over and over again, but like so many victims of this administration, those that were laid off or fired can never be made even close to whole.
