In the EU they can have a seat at the table among equals, while their status in a relationship with the US will always be that of an underling. If rejoining isn’t possible for whatever reason, then we should at least return to a closer relationship through other treaties.

I am not happy for the USA to be arrogant about the illegal war they started against Iran, and then tell allies to go get oil through the Strait of Hormuz. We must sideline them from our intelligence gathering. Remove US presence from all Australian bases, including Canberra Deep Space. The USA has given us grief with increased fuel costs, inflation and their stupid tariffs.
