So, is this a way to get the it to the Supreme Court before the midterms? And since it’s probably too late for them to review it, he gets to upend any election results. Either by taking the ballots for “safeguarding” or by contesting them?
Isn’t there an entire state that votes entirely by mail? And it seems like a perfect time to cripple the postal system too.
I understand that Executive Orders aren’t law but it sounds like an excuse to screw with any results, get it to SCOTUS who have been upending law in favour of your current administration.
