The 34 countries are exactly acting as I would expect them to act after the Russia/Ukraine war. Not willing to directly get involved in the conflict even if it would serve their interests to put an end to a terrorist regime that risks world safety and instead be willing to provide other support once the war is done. It is typical head in the sand stuff and when they wake up just hope it is all over so they can get on with their lives.
