Isn’t it crazy how once upon a time the world was astounded by ISIS terrorists beheading people, and now the Russian military, with the acceptance of their leaders, have been beheading people for years? It’s so sad that once upon a time the world governments care more about stopping terrorists and terrorist states and preserving human rights, but not anymore.
