Russia’s Nevinnomyssk Azot chemical plant in Stavropol region was struck. The plant is critical to Russia’s military-industrial complex, producing up to 1.4M tons of ammonium nitrate and over 1M tons of ammonia annually – materials used in explosives and ammunition production.
