They should hit individual gas stations! Especially in the western big cities that haven’t been subscripted as much as the poorer eastern provinces.They should feel the pain – not hitting apartment blocks like the sick ruzzians, 1 drone per gas station, citizen get to feel the pain that they started in 2014, gas is still being stopped just not at the refinery and maybe just maybe they get sick of their government!

Considering you could likely take out most gas stations in a large metro in a few strikes this would cause mass civil unrest. Imagine if there were only 3 operational gas stations in St. Petersburg. People would go so ape.
