Loud explosions have been reported in Perm, Russia. A large fire is visible at the scene. No Ukrainian UAV or missile attack warning was issued by authorities.

The explosion was at the Neftekhimik petrochemical warehouse on Pravoberezhnaya Street in Perm. Neftekhimik is a major supplier to the Perm Gunpowder Plant, one of the largest explosives manufacturers in Russia that also produces solid rocket fuels and charges.
